On the homepage you will find every scheduled fair with date, hours and music genres. Each edition has a different selection of exhibitors.
Click “Enter as a Visitor” and fill in the form with your first name, last name, email and country. The password arrives by email: you register once and the account works for every fair.
Once inside you can browse the exhibitors' catalogues, filter by music genre and contact the sellers live.
You agree the price, the payment and the shipping directly with the exhibitor, just like at a real fair. Record Fair stays out of the deal.
Taking part as an exhibitor is simple: the account is free and you only pay for the booth at the fair you sign up for. Nobody takes a cut of your sales — not the platform, not anyone else.

Once approved, log into the members area and build your booth: upload the records, set the prices and write the description of your collection.
On the day of the fair your booth is visible to every visitor. You can answer messages, update availability and manage orders in real time.
